I am Yosi, (pronounced "Jo-Z") also known as Mom, Decorating Diva, The Networking Queen, The Plug & Coach. I am a seasoned Event Planner & Coordinator, Business Coach, Speaker & Now Podcaster!
I’ve been a successful entrepreneur for over a decade now, but don’t let that fool you, it hasn’t always been this way. About seven years ago, I found herself burnt out, over it all, I was running a business, working fulltime, all while managing Motherhood of my two beautiful children, I definitely hit a wall and realized it was time to do what I loved.
I ended up self-employed, at first, I was scared to the core, I felt like I was making a huge mistake, but I leaned full time into entrepreneurship. I had no idea what I was getting myself into nor did I have the proper guidance or resources that are available now, to bring my vision to life. I did however have passion for my craft and did the impossible to make it work. I’m a Self-taught Event Planner & one thing I know how to do is Figure Shit Out, I learned and hustled my ass off, I paved my way in this industry under incredible circumstances and guess what, - I am still NOT done growing.
Just like everyone else I battled with self-doubt, depression, feeling inexperienced, imposter syndrome - you name it. That took me on a deep path to personal growth, lots of healing and making peace with my past to become the woman I am today. No one is perfect but I am now closer to the other side of all of those thoughts & feelings and I want to empower people to grow from their own experiences.
