Welcome to Bad Moms 2026!
Did you know?
48% of women say they don’t feel confident in their careers right now.
Nearly half of women report struggling with confidence at work and in leadership roles.
1 in 3 women say they are not confident about their career future.
Even highly capable women often question whether they truly belong in the rooms they’ve worked so hard to enter.
Women are 40–50% less likely than men to become entrepreneurs.
Not because of lack of talent or ambition — but because of access, support, and systemic barriers.
Companies founded by women perform 63% better than those founded by all-male teams.
Yet female founders still receive a small fraction of venture capital funding.
Bad Moms was created because women don’t need more doubt, they need more rooms that remind them of who the f*ck they are!
In a world where women are often expected to shrink their dreams once they become mothers, Bad Moms exists to remind them that their story is still being written.
This experience invites women to reflect on one powerful question: How do you want to be remembered?
Through honest conversations, connection, and powerful storytelling, Bad Moms helps reignite the spark that allows women to step boldly into the legacy they want to leave for their children, their communities, and themselves.
Driven by passion, grounded by values

What Makes it Different?
A Purpose Bigger Than the Room
This years Bad Moms is more than a gathering of powerful women.
It is also a platform for impact.
We are proud to partner with Jackie of Bloom Empowerment, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting and uplifting women and families through community-driven initiatives.
A portion of the proceeds from Bad Moms ticket sales will go directly toward supporting Bloom Empowerment’s “Single Moms Rock” initiative, a program focused on empowering single mothers with resources, support, and opportunities that help them build stability and brighter futures for their families.
When you attend Bad Moms, you are not just investing in yourself, you are also helping another woman rise.
If you are unable to attend the event or would to support this mission directly, you can make a direct donation to the initiative using the link below.
Together, we are building more than businesses.
We are building legacy, community, and real impact.
Reflections from the women in the room!

“Last year’s Bad Moms event filled my cup in every possible way. As a working mom navigating male-dominated spaces, being invited to speak and share my story was incredibly empowering. The speakers were phenomenal, the room was full of powerful women, and the energy was unforgettable. I left feeling recharged, inspired, and deeply connected.
10/10 experience — I’m already counting down to the next one.”

“It was such an amazing experience. The energy in the room was amazing. From the moment you walked into the event, you felt the welcome energy. Hearing all these amazing women speak.
It truly woke something inside me. Hearing these women on the panel showed you can accomplish so much as a woman and mother. We laughed, and we cried, danced. All of us are coming together. It was an experience you didn't want to miss.”
Cris
“Bad Moms felt like a refreshing and healing sense of community from the moment I walked in. The stories shared by the panelists were honest, powerful, and deeply relatable.
Erika Cramer brought everything full circle with a powerful activation that left the room reflecting and connecting. I left feeling energized, seen, and grateful to have been part of it.”

“Attending Bad Moms was one of the most impactful experiences I’ve had in a room full of women. I came alone not knowing what to expect and left with friendships, powerful connections, and a supportive community.
A year later, I’m still in touch with the women I met there, and they’ve become such a pillar of support throughout my entrepreneurship journey.
For me, Bad Moms was the healing I didn’t even realize I needed. I laughed, cried, danced, and even found myself on stage speaking.
The value of this experience goes far beyond the ticket price. It stays with you long after the event ends. I can’t wait to attend again.”
